To comply with the United States Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service regulations, the Board is required every three years to invite any interested parties to submit, alongside the incumbent consultancy, their company profile, experience in food public relations and promotions, experience in generic accounts and any experience in the USDA Market Access Program, should they wish to bid for the Board’s generic public relations / promotions program in Russia for the 2014/15 marketing year. This is in no way reflective of any dissatisfaction with the incumbent consultancy.

Candidates should submit all proposals in writing (in English) via email or courier before Monday 14th July 2014
